Red Stone’s management team brings 25 years of experience to the table and is built on trust, respect, and integrity.

Shan began his career in factory automation and robotics and then transitioned to the defense industry where he led teams on interceptor missile and autonomous systems program. Shan spent the next 10 years working with LDRA Technology Inc developing their business across, avionics, defense, automotive, silicon, and medical device verticals. He has been on industry standard bodies, frequently authored articles and spoken at reputed conferences. Shan has been advising Red Stone Resources since 2012 on several initiatives including operations enhancement and business process optimization. In 2017, Shan formally joined the Red Stone Group of companies as EVP to help drive RSR’s continued growth and innovation. Shan has a degree in Computer Science from Cameron University.
